All our shipping is handled through UPS at no charge to you. This means the price shown at checkout is inclusive of all shipping costs and insurance.

After receiving notification of your order, a personalised Certificate of Warranty for the individually numbered watch will be produced for the name you have chosen. Your order will then be gift wrapped and boxed with personalised labelling and made ready for our carrier who will collect it from us.

London servicing

In the unlikely event of a fault, all servicing is conducted by Sekford’s highly reputable service centre in London’s Hatton Garden.

We also offer outside warranty servicing, where your watch is re-polished, checked for water proofing, provided with a new battery replacement and brought back to virtually new working order.

An additional one-year warranty comes as standard on all outside servicing work.
